La France coopérerait aux assassinats politiques perpétrés par le Mossad

Selon une enquête du journal tunisien Dounia El Watan, cité par Al-Manar, l’assassinat du dirigeant du Hamas Mahmoud Mabhouh à Dubaï, le 20 janvier 2010, aurait nécessité une équipe bien plus importante que celle déjà mise en cause par les Emirats arabes unis.
Aux tueurs, il faudrait ajouter une équipe de repérage des lieux dirigée par un ancien responsable sécuritaire de la Tunisie, Ahmad Bannour.
M. Bannour vivrait actuellement en exil en France et aurait constitué une cellule de renseignement pour le compte joint des services israélien et français.
Ahmed Bannour a fuit la Tunisie après la découverte de ses activités d’espionnage au profit du Mossad israélien. Profitant de ses responsabilités au sein de l’Etat, il avait organisé le bombardement du siège du Fatah à Tunis, le 1er octobre 1985 —auquel Yasser Arafat (dit Abou Ammar) échappa—, puis l’assassinat d’un autre leader palestinien, Khalil Al-Wazir (dit Abou Jihad), le 16 avril 1988.
Sous couvert d’une société française qu’il contrôlerait, Ahmed Bannour aurait envoyé deux « hommes d’affaire » français et une équipe de techniciens négocier à Dubaï un contrat d’installation d’ascenseurs. A cette occasion, les agents français se seraient procuré les plans de l’hôtel où Mahmoud Mabhouh devait descendre ainsi que ceux du système de sécurité de l’hôtel.
La société française de M. Bannour est par ailleurs citée dans une affaire d’espionnage actuellement pendante devant la Cour militaire du Liban. Elle a servi de couverture pour l’immigration à Beyrouth de ressortissants tunisiens et égyptiens travaillant pour le Mossad. Ceux-ci projetaient un attentat contre la radio de cheikh Hussein Fadlallah et l’assassinat du secrétaire général du Hezbollah, Sayed Hassan Nasrallah.

Moscou au courant des projets de frappes américaines et israéliennes contre l'Iran

L'Etat-major général russe est au courant des projets américains et israéliens de bombardement de l'Iran comme dernier recours mais les juge inadmissibles, a déclaré son chef Nikolaï Makarov.
"Ce bombardement est un dernier recours mais il existe dans les projets aussi bien américains qu'israéliens", a indiqué le général.

Al-Charaa examine avec al-Qaddoumi l'importance de l'unification de la position palestinienne pour faire face à l'occupant israélien

Damas /  M. Farouk al-Charaa, vice-président de la République, a passé en revue aujourd'hui avec le président du département politique de l'Organisation de libération de la Palestine, M. Farouk al-Qaddoumi, des derniers développements sur la scène palestinienne et de l'importance de l'unification de la position et de la vision des Palestiniens pour faire face à l'occupant israélien et à ses politiques coloniales expansionnistes.
L'entretien a également porté sur les pratiques racistes de l'occupant israélien visant à déplacer des milliers du peuple palestinien et à exécuter des politiques de judaïsation et de changement des aspects démographiques et géographiques de la ville sainte d'al-Qods.
Dans des déclarations faites aux journalistes au terme de sa rencontre avec M.al-Charaa, M.al-Qaddoumi a mis l'accent sur les prises de position de la Syrie vis-à-vis du peuple palestinien et de son appui à ses droits légitimes, notamment son droit à la lutte contre l'occupation.
Questionné sur les négociations avec la partie israélienne, M. al-Qaddoumi a dit: "Les négociations doivent être parrainées par un médiateur honnête", indiquant que la Cause palestinienne ne serait régler que par la résistance.

Un nouveau convoi syrien d'aides humanitaires prend son chemin vers Gaza

Damas / Un nouveau convoi syrien d'aides humanitaires destinées aux Palestiniens a pris aujourd'hui son chemin en direction de la bande assiégée de Gaza, comportant /141/ tonnes de matières alimentaires.
Le président du haut comité syrien pour le soutien au peuple palestinien et pour la résistance contre le projet sioniste, M. Ahmad Abdul Karim, a affirmé, dans une déclaration faite à l'agence SANA, que ce convoi s'inscrit dans le cadre du soutien syrien, officiel et populaire, incessant, aux frères Gazaouis, indiquant qu'il vise à alléger leur souffrance due au blocus israélien injuste.
M. Abdul Karim a ajouté que les matières envoyées à Gaza ont été choisies à la demande des Palestiniens assiégés à Gaza.
Ce convoi, notons, est le 29ème convoi envoyé à Gaza par le haut comité syrien qui se met à acheminer des assistances humanitaires aux Palestiniens de Gaza tous les trois mois.

Al-Miqdad appelle à la conjugaison des efforts des membres de l'OCI pour la mise à nu des pratiques terroristes de l'occupation israélienne

Djeddah / M.Fayçal al-Miqdad, vice-ministre des Affaires Etrangères, a affirmé l'importance de la conjugaison des efforts des pays membres de l'Organisation de la conférence islamique (OCI) pour la mise à nu des pratiques terroristes de l'occupant israélien dans les territoires arabes occupés, la garantie de la condamnation d'Israël et la traduction en justice de ses dirigeants devant les Cours internationales pour les massacres qu'ils ont commis, notamment au cours de l'agression israélienne dernière contre la bande de Gaza.
Dans une allocution qu'il a prononcée devant la réunion préparatoire de la 37e session du Conseil des ministres des affaires étrangères de l'OCI, tenue actuellement au siège de l'Organisation à Djeddah, M.al-Miqdad a indiqué que les agressions israéliennes n'ont pas été interrompues depuis l'incendie de la Mosquée d'al-Aqsa en 1969 jusqu'à présent.
"Les agressions israéliennes se sont développées d'une façon très dangereuse à l'ombre du gouvernement israélien actuel qui a pris des résolutions consistant à judaïser al-Qods et à en expulser les maqdissis et à falsifier son histoire", s'est indigné M.al-Miqdad, affirmant que passer sous silence ces crimes israéliens est susceptible d'encourager Israël à aller plus loin dans sa politique agressive.
M.al-Miqdad a incité l'OCI à prendre des mesures décisives, lors de la réunion ministérielle prochaine, pour l'appui à al-Qods et aux maqdissis, la sauvegarde des lieux saints musulmans et chrétiens et l'appui aux efforts de la Syrie, de la Palestine et du Liban pour la libération de leurs territoires occupés et l'arrêt de toute forme de normalisation avec Israël.
Notons que le secrétaire général de l'OCI a prononcé une allocution à la séance inaugurale, où il a exprimé son appréciation vis-à-vis du grand rôle qu'a joué la Syrie lors de sa présidence l'année dernière du Conseil ministériel de l'OCI.

Gaza : Affrontements entre l'occupation et le Jihad islamique, Un martyr

Au moins un Palestinien est tombé en martyre et un autre grièvement blessé lors d'échanges de tirs mardi matin entre des résistants du Jihad islamique et l'armée d'occupation israélienne dans la zone frontalière centrale de la bande de Gaza. Deux autres Palestiniens ont été blessés, selon des témoins et le Jihad islamique.
Les Brigades d'Al-Quds, la branche armée du Jihad, ont affirmé que les échanges de tirs ont été "intenses". Elles ont également fait état de "blessés" parmi les "forces spéciales sionistes".
Les Brigades Al-Quds ont précisé que les soldats de l'occupation israélienne ont tenté de pénétrer dans le camp de réfugiés d'al-Bourij, situé au centre du territoire palestinien.
La zone des affrontements, dans le secteur de Kissoufim, séparant les territoires occupés de la bande de Gaza, a été complètement bouclée.
Selon des témoins, l'armée d'occupation est intervenue avec un hélicoptère et des tirs d'obus de chars. Elle a concentré des chars, des véhicules blindés et des jeeps, le long de la frontière avec la bande de Gaza. 

L’inauguration de l’Esplanade David Ben Gourion à Paris, une prime à l’illégalité et à l’impunité

Le Maire socialiste de Paris Bertrand Delanoë inaugure jeudi 15 avril une esplanade de Paris dédiée à David Ben Gourion dans ce qui apparaît comme une opération à relent électoraliste à dix-huit mois des élections présidentielles françaises, en même temps qu’une prime politique à l’illégalité internationale et à l’impunité de la part des pouvoirs publics français. L’inauguration d’une place dédiée au fondateur de l’armée israélienne, auteur de la proclamation unilatérale d’indépendance d’Israël, responsable de ce fait du nettoyage ethnique qui s’est ensuivi avec l’expulsion 800.000 Palestiniens et la destruction de 500 villages, intervient dans un contexte de crise larvée entre la France et Israël consécutif au refus du premier ministre Benyamin Netanyahou d’autoriser la reconstruction du centre culturel français à Gaza, détruit par l’armée israélienne en décembre 2008-janvier 2009.













"Si j'étais un leader arabe, je ne signerais jamais un accord avec Israël. C'est normal ; nous avons pris leur pays. Il est vrai que Dieu nous l'a promise, mais comment cela pourrait-il les concerner ? Notre dieu n'est pas le leur. Il y a eu l'antisémitisme, les Nazis, Hitler, Auschwitz, mais était-ce leur faute ? Ils ne voient qu'une seule chose : nous sommes venus et nous avons volé leurs terres. Pourquoi devraient-ils accepter cela ?"

La cérémonie se déroulera en présence du président israélien Shimon Pères, ancien collaborateur de Ben Gourion et artisan de la coopération militaire franco-israélienne sous la IVème République, où, en sa qualité de chef de la mission d’achats militaires (1954-1956), il fit acquisition du premier réacteur nucléaire de Dimona, de même que l’avion de combat à réaction Mirage IIII, mettant en place une coopération entre les services de renseignements dans la lutte contre l’Egypte, prélude à l’agression tripartite (franco-anglo-israélienne) de Suez, novembre 1956.
Shimon Perès, Prix Nobel de la Paix, faux pacifiste, est l’ordonnateur de l’opération de la colère contre le sud-Liban, (11 avril 1996), en pleine campagne électorale israélienne qui a abouti à la destruction d’un camp de l’ONU à Cana, entraînant la mort d’une centaine de personnes, en majorité des enfants.
L’accueil du président israélien à Paris porte ainsi rétrospectivement caution des rebuffades consécutives essuyées par le personnel diplomatique français en poste en Israël de la part des autorités israéliennes et constitue un mauvais signal adressé à l’opinion internationale.
Dans un faux souci d’équilibre, M. Delanoé a assuré qu’une place sera dédiée au poète palestinien Mahmoud Darwiche dans le 6ème arrondissement de Paris, alors que sur le plan proprement municipal, Paris a déjà conféré trois places majeures à des personnalités israéliennes, la Place Fontenoy, face à l’Unesco et les jardins de Bercy, tous deux dédiés à l’ancien premier ministre assassiné Itzhack Rabin, ainsi que l’Esplanade David Ben Gourion
M. Delanoé n’a pas précisé l’emplacement de la place Mahmoud Darwiche dans le quartier intellectuel de Paris, où une simple plaque -non une place- à la mémoire de Mehdi Ben Barka y est déjà apposé à la mémoire du supplice du chef de l’opposition marocaine enlevé avec la complicité d’agents français.
Le parti socialiste français, dont le Maire de Paris se réclame, passe pour être le relais international du parti travailliste israélien. C’est en effet un gouvernement socialiste celui de Guy Mollet qui conçut et organisa contre le Président Gamal Abdel Nasser d’Egypte, l’expédition de suez de concert avec les israéliens et les anglais, en novembre 1956. C’est un autre premier ministre socialiste, Lionel Jospin, qui qualifia de « terroriste » le Hezbollah libanais, artisan du retrait militaire israélien du Liban, déclenchant lors de sa visite en Cisjordanie (Palestine occupée), en 2000, le plus célèbre caillassage de l’histoire politique moderne.
Sur le plan international, la cérémonie coïncide avec le refus d’Israël de participer au sommet nucléaire de Washington destiné à jeter les nouvelles bases d’un contrôle de la dissémination atomique, alors que les pays occidentaux aiguillonnés par Israël, s’emploient à imposer des sanctions à l’Iran précisément à propos de sa politique nucléaire.
Israël a refusé de participer à ce sommet arguant du fait que les Etats arabes pourraient demander la mise sous contrôle du programme nucléaire israélien. Israël, unique pays a monde avec le Kosovo à avoir été crée par une décision de l’ONU, se refuse de se soumettre au contrôle de la légalité internationale, au point que le prestigieuse revue Foreign Policy n’a pas hésité à consacrer une étude minutieuse, en janvier 2010, à ce que l’auteur de l’article Jeremy R. Hammond qualifie « Etat-Voyou » énumérant soixante-dix-neuf (79) résolutions internationales qu’Israël viole ou se refuse à appliquer.
L’étude couvre la période allant de 1948 (résolution 57 du 18 septembre 1948 adoptée par le Conseil de sécurité de l’ONU dans la foulée de l’assassinat par les Israéliens du Comte Bernadotte, médiateur du conflit entre juifs et arabes) à 2009 avec la résolution 1860 du 8 janvier 2009 concernant la destruction de Gaza.
Jeremy R. Hammond qualifie Israël d’ « Etat voyou » et les assassins du Comte Bernadotte de « terroristes sionistes », mais un an après la publication de cet article fort documenté, et, contrairement à la France, aucune plainte n’a été déposée contre lui pour « antisémitisme », « incitation à la haine raciale » voire même « négationnisme ».

Following is a list of United Nations Security Council resolutions directly critical of Israel for violations of U.N. Security Council resolutions, the U.N. Charter, the Geneva Conventions, international terrorism, or other violations of international law.

Res. 57 (Sep. 18, 1948) – Expresses deep shock at the assassination of the U.N. Mediator in Palestine, Count Folke Bernadotte, by Zionist terrorists.

Res. 89 (Nov. 17, 1950) – Requests that attention be given to the expulsion of “thousands of Palestine Arabs” and calls upon concerned governments to take no further action “involving the transfer of persons across international frontiers or armistice lines”, and notes that Israel announced that it would withdraw to the armistice lines.

Res. 93 (May 18, 1951) – Finds that Israeli airstrikes on Syria on April 5, 1951 constitutes “a violation of the cease-fire”, and decides that Arab civilians expelled from the demilitarized zone by Israel should be allowed to return.

Res. 100 (Oct. 27, 1953) – Notes that Israel had said it would stop work it started in the demilitarized zone on September 2, 1953.

Res. 242 (Nov. 22, 1967) – Emphasizes “the inadmissibility of the acquisition of territory by war”, emphasizes that member states have a commitment to abide by the U.N. Charter, and calls for the “Withdrawal of Israeli armed forces from territories occupied” during the June 1967 war.

Res. 248 (Mar. 24, 1968) – Observes that the Israeli attack on Jordan “was of a large-scale and carefully planned nature”, “Deplores the loss of life and heavy damage to property”, “Condemns the military action launched by Israel in flagrant violation of the United Nations Charter and the cease-fire resolutions”, and “Calls upon Israel to desist from” further violations of resolution 237.

Res. 250 (Apr. 27, 1968) – Considers “that the holding of a military parade in Jerusalem will aggravate tensions in the area and have an adverse effect on a peaceful settlement of the problems in the area” and “Calls upon Israel to refrain from holding the military parade in Jerusalem which is contemplated” for May 2, 1968.

Res. 251 (May 2, 1968) – Recalls resolution 250 and “Deeply deplores the holding by Israel of the military parade in Jerusalem” on May 2, 1968 “in disregard of” resolution 250.

Res. 262 (Dec. 31, 1968) – Observes “that the military action by the armed forces of Israel against the civil International Airport of Beirut was premeditated and of a large scale and carefully planned nature”, and condemns Israel for the attack.

Res. 267 (Jul. 3, 1969) – Recalls resolution 252 and General Assembly resolutions 2253 and 2254, notes that “since the adoption of the above-mentioned resolutions Israel has taken further measures tending to change the status of the City of Jerusalem”, reaffirms “the established principle that acquisition of territory by military conquest is inadmissible”, “Deplores the failure of Israel to show any regard for the resolutions”, “Censures in the strongest terms all measures taken to change the status of the City of Jerusalem”, “Confirms that all legislative and administrative measures and actions taken by Israel which purport to alter the status of Jerusalem, including expropriation of land and properties thereon, are invalid and cannot change that status”, and urgently calls on Israel to rescind the measures taken to annex Jerusalem.

Res. 270 (Aug. 26, 1969) – “Condemns the premeditated air attack by Israel on villages in southern Lebanon in violation of its obligations under the Charter and Security Council resolutions”.

Berri:"Israël" pourrait entraîner les US dans une guerre contre le Liban ou Gaza

Dans une interview publiée sur le site internet du quotidien tunisien Dounia-alwatane, le président du Parlement libanais Nabih Berri, a estimé qu’Israël pourrait entraîner les Etats-Unis dans une guerre contre le Liban et Gaza !
Berri a souligné : « il n’y a aucune garantie qu’il n’y aura pas d’agression israélienne,  et le Coran dit «soyez prêt à les affronter». Je rappelle que le ministre saoudien des Affaires étrangères a déclaré lors de l'ouverture de la conférence de Taëf  que la guerre a ses préparatifs, à savoir la non- confiance mutuelle, tout comme la paix a ses préparatifs, l’instauration de la confiance mutuelle. Et Israël établit toujours un climat de non-confiance donc il est toujours en état de guerre. Dites-moi que possèdent les Arabes pour empêcher une agression israélienne à l'exception de l'opposition de la Syrie et la résistance au Liban? Hier le Secrétaire général de la Ligue arabe, Amr Moussa, est venu au Liban pour participer à un colloque, et je l'ai rencontré, et à la conférence du sommet arabe il a proposé la politique du «dialogue avec les voisins» les Arabes l’ont rejeté !  Je tiens à assurer ceux qui s’y sont opposés pour préserver l'intérêt des États-Unis, si ces derniers souhaitent le dialogue avec l'Iran, pourquoi le refuser? Au moins il y a quelque chose de commun avec la République islamique c’est la menace israélienne, même la Turquie a décidé d’adopter une position contre Israël. Aujourd’hui, l’on craint qu'Israël renverse la table et n’entraîne les États-Unis, avec il est en désaccord, dans une aventure risquée, à laquelle ils sont peu habitués  »!
Interrogé sur une éventuelle guerre contre l'Iran, Berri a répondu : « que se soit l'Iran ou le Liban ou Gaza. Pour l’Iran Israël sait que ce ne sera pas une partie de plaisir ! ll cherche tout simplement  les lieux les moins difficile à atteindre ».

Une patrouille israélienne pénètre les territoires libanais

L'armée libanaise a annoncé dans un communiqué qu'une patrouille d'infanterie de l'armée de l'occupation israélienne formée de 11 soldats ont pénétré les territoires libanais de 70 m le 10 Avril 2010 à 6h45 du matin (heure locale).
Ils ont pris d'assaut un parc privé situé sur la rive du fleuve Wazzani où ils ont démonté le volant d'un bulldozer. La patrouille a quitté les lieux à 9.00 h vers les territoires occupés laissant derrière elle un sac en tissu noir de l'autre côté du projet en construction.   
L'armée indique dans son communiqué avoir ouvert une enquête sur l'affaire, en coordination avec la FINUL.
Par ailleurs, une force de l'occupation israélienne a éliminé un bloc de béton de la région occupée en face du village frontalier Odeissi où se trouve un poste de l'armée libanaise, et ce en vue d'y installer un autre.
Un jeep militaire et un Humer blindé ont transporté les soldats qui se sont déployés dans les lieux. L'armée libanaise a annoncé l'état d'alerte dans ses rangs. 

Gates : pas de bombe nucléaire iranienne

Le secrétaire d’état américain à la guerre Robert Gates a déclaré que l’Iran ne dispose pas de capacités nucléaires lui permettant de fabriquer une bombe atomique.
«  à notre avis, ils (les Iraniens) ne possèdent pas les capacités nucléaires » a-t-il répondu lors d’un entretien accordé à la chaîne de télévision américaine NBC.
Et d’ajouter que l’administration américaine n’est pas parvenue à la conviction que "l’Iran allait nécessairement obtenir l’arme atomique ».
Les hauts responsables iraniens ont à maintes reprises affirmé  ne pas chercher à s'acquérir des armes atomiques. 

Au sommet de Washington: nucléaire israélien et refus des sanctions contre l'Iran

Pas question pour la Turquie de laisser passer cette occasion. Lors de la conférence sur la sécurité nucléaire qui se réunira à Washington une cinquantaine de pays et d’organisations, il sera question du programme nucléaire israélien.
Oui israélien… et pas seulement iranien comme comptent le faire certains dirigeants occidentaux qui s’acharnent pour décrocher de la Chine et de la Russie un durcissement des sanctions contre l’Iran au sein du Conseil de sécurité. Sachant qu’à l’origine, à la foi de sources officielles américaines le programme nucléaire iranien ne devrait pas figurer directement sur l’ordre du jour de cette rencontre.
Bien entendu, c’est le Premier ministre Reccep Teyyep Erdogan qui s’en chargera. Des sources du ministère des affaires turques l’a fait savoir à certain médias, dont au quotidien saoudien «  AlWatan ». Précisant qu’«  Ankara prône depuis longtemps le principe qu’aucun pays du Proche-Orient ne dispose de l’arme nucléaire, dont entre autre Israël, et de juger tous (les pays) sur le même pied d’égalité ».
Ces sources ont nié toute coordination de cette démarche avec le Caire, également convié à la rencontre qui se tient ces lundi et mardi, ainsi que cinq autres pays arabes, dont l’Arabie Saoudite, les Emirats, la Jordanie, le Maroc et l’Algérie. Certains dirigeants de ces pays ont également fait part aux Américains de leur volonté de soulever la question du nucléaire israélien, pour exiger des pressions sur Tel Aviv en vue de l’amener à adhérer au traité de non prolifération et à soumettre ses installations nucléaires aux contrôles.
En ayant été informé, dès la semaine dernière, le Premier ministre israélien Benjamin Netanyahou a annulé sa participation à la conférence, se contentant d’envoyer son ministre chargé des renseignements et de l’énergie atomique Dan Meridor.
 Mais il semble que certains dirigeants occidentaux ont décidé de prendre la relève, dont la chancelière allemande Angela Merkel qui, avant de quitter Berlin en direction de la capitale américaine, n’a eu de mots que pour le nucléaire iranien : “Le temps presse, et une décision sur d'éventuelles sanctions devrait être prise très prochainement", a-t-elle déclaré , avant de s’envoler, faisant remarquer la présence des président russes et chinois à la conférence , qui persistent à refuser tout durcissement de sanctions contre l’Iran et faisant allusion à des décision décisives le mois d’Avril.
Or, en arrivant à Washington, elle devrait être déçue. Au moment même où elle se trouve à bord de son avion, Dimitri Medvedev exprimait  devant la caméra d’une chaîne américaine, la ABC, une énième fois, le refus de son pays l’idée de sanctions qui cibleraient l’approvisionnement énergétique de l’Iran, par crainte « d’une catastrophe humaine » : « Des sanctions ne devraient pas être paralysantes. Elles ne devraient pas impliquer des souffrances", a précisé Medvedev depuis Saint-Pétersbourg, avant de s’envoler à son tour à Washington.

Depuis 1967, Israël occupe illégalement la Cisjordanie (ainsi que la bande de Gaza). Mais outre l’occupation militaire de ce territoire, l’État israélien y implante aussi des colonies. Ces villes sont construites sur les terres palestiniennes, leur villages, leurs champs. Comment ce processus fonctionne-t-il ? Et surtout, pourquoi un groupe financier comme Dexia a-t-il trouvé un intérêt financier à investir dans ces colonies ? Intal a produit un documentaire d’un petit quart d’heure qui répond à beaucoup de questions.

Anat Kam reconnaît les faits

Anat Kam, l'ancienne soldate de l'armée israélienne accusée d'avoir transmis des documents classés défense à un reporter de Haaretz, renonce à son droit à l'immunité journalistique. Elle a appelé, lundi, le journaliste qui a révélé son histoire, à rentrer de son exil volontaire à l'étranger.
L'avocat de la jeune femme, Avigdor Feldman, a expliqué au reporter Ouri Blau qu'il n'avait désormais plus de raisons de rester à Londres : Kam a reconnu les faits qui lui sont reprochés.
Cette dernière est actuellement en pourparlers avec les services de sécurité du Shin Bet. Ils somment Blau de restituer l'intégralité des documents transmis par Kam. "Je ne crois pas qu'il va s'amuser", a déclaré Feldman. "Je pense qu'il va ramener les documents, il ne sera pas inquiété et cette affaire avec Anat pourra rapidement toucher à sa fin."
Jeudi dernier, les autorités ont levé le voile sur une affaire d'espionnage présumé, qui a fait les gros titres en Israël comme à l'étranger. Lors d'une conférence de presse extraordinaire, le Shin Bet a annoncé qu'il souhaitait accélérer son enquête sur le journaliste Ouri Blau, soupçonné d'être encore en possession de centaines de documents confidentiels. "Cette fuite représente une réelle menace pour les vies des soldats et des citoyens israéliens", a déclaré le chef du Shin Bet, Youval Diskin.

Les tensions avec les E-U mettent en suspend la construction de Jérusalem

Les constructions nécessitant l'approbation du comité de planification du district de Jérusalem a été mise en suspend pendant plus d'un mois dans toutes les parties de la ville du fait des inquiétudes à propos d'une nouvelle crise dans les liens avec les Etats-Unis.
Les membres d'équipe du Comité de Construction de Planification du District de Jérusalem ont été instruits d'arrêter leur travail dans un effort d'épargner à Israël des incidents encore plus embarrassants comme l'annonce de mars, durant la visite en Israël du Vice Président Américain Joe Biden, des plans pour étendre le quartier Juif de Ramat Shlomo à Jérusalem Est.
Les architectes ont dit que la présidente du comité du district Ruth Yosef n'a même pas signé les plans qui ont déjà été approuvés, causant un arriéré. Le comité du district ne s'est pas rencontré depuis plus d'un mois et des auditions à venir ont été annulées.
Les architectes disent quand ils demandent la raison du gel de l'activité du comité on leur dit que c'est à cause du Président Américain Barack Obama. L'arrêt affecte même l'approbation par les développeurs Arabes pour les résidents Palestiniens de la ville. Le gel a aussi des chances d'affecter les plans de clôturer la Vallée de la Gazelle dans la partie ouest de la ville pour protéger une horde de gazelles qui ont été attaquées par des meutes de chiens errants.
A la différence du comité du district, le comité de planification local fonctionne normalement, et des projets de petite nevergure n'ont pas été affectés par l'arrêt.
La municipalité de Jérusalem a dit dimanche qu'elle montre de la sensibilité à la lumière des circonstances, mais a dit qu'il n'y avait aucune intention d'arrêter le travail du comité local.
Le Ministère de l'Intérieur a dit que la documentation exigée pour reprendre le travail du comité du district a été préparée, à la demande d'un comité séparé convenu par le Premier Ministre Benjamin Netanyahu après l'annonce de Ramat Shlomo. Le Ministère a dit que les institution de planification dans la capitale attendaient les instructions du comité.
Le Bureau du Premier Ministre a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de changement dans la politique de construction dans la capitale.
"La politique de construction et de planification à Jérusalem n'a pas changé et est identique à celle conduite par tous les gouvernements Israéliens", a dit le bureau dans une déclaration. "Dans la visée de tirer des leçons de l'incident du moment de la visite en Israël du Vice Président Américain Joe Biden, la procédure est actuellement développée de telle façon qu'elle assuer qu'un accident pareil se répète avec le respect du moment de la diffusion de débats de sensibilité diplomatique."

Une action concertée prévoyant la levée des restrictions israéliennes, l'accélération des réformes et la mise au point d'une politique fiscale palestinienne doit préparer l'avènement d'un État palestinien, indique un rapport de la Banque mondiale publié hier à Jérusalem. Tout en se félicitant de la croissance économique constatée en Cisjordanie, ce texte s'élève contre la poursuite du blocus israélien de la bande de Gaza, et estime que sa levée est « primordiale ». Il appelle en outre Israël à lever ses barrages routiers en Cisjordanie, notamment pour faciliter les relations entre ce territoire et la partie orientale de Jérusalem que l'État hébreu a conquise et annexée en 1967.

Le Hamas empêche des islamistes radicaux d’attaquer des soldats israéliens

Un groupe islamiste radical palestinien, le Jihad islamique, a accusé hier le mouvement islamiste Hamas, qui contrôle la bande de Gaza, d'avoir interpellé et brièvement détenu un de ses commandos pour l'empêcher d'attaquer des soldats israéliens. « Les armes du commando et tout ce qui était en sa possession ont été confisqués et ses membres ont été forcés de signer un serment leur interdisant d'engager toute activité de jihad (guerre sainte) contre l'ennemi sioniste en raison d'une période non annoncée de trêve », a déclaré à l'AFP un activiste du Jihad islamique, sous le couvert de l'anonymat. Le Hamas s'est refusé à tout commentaire.

Assad dénonce la politique israélienne de « purification raciale »

Amman dit avoir reçu des assurances de l'État hébreu ; Paris demande le respect de la liberté de résidence.
Le président syrien Bachar el-Assad et le chef de la Ligue arabe Amr Moussa, en visite à Damas, ont dénoncé hier un nouveau décret de l'armée israélienne qui pourrait permettre l'expulsion de nombreux Palestiniens séjournant en Cisjordanie. M. Assad a appelé la communauté arabe et internationale à adopter « une position claire concernant les tentatives israéliennes d'appliquer une politique de purification raciale en Cisjordanie et d'expulser les Palestiniens de leur patrie », lors d'un entretien avec M. Moussa.
De son côté, le chef de la Ligue arabe a dénoncé dans des déclarations à la presse « les mesures prises par Israël, qui se place au-dessus de la loi internationale ». « Tant que cela durera, les choses empireront et il sera difficile d'instaurer une véritable paix » dans la région, a-t-il affirmé. « Une réunion urgente » du Conseil de la Ligue arabe se tiendra aujourd'hui pour examiner cette question, a ajouté M. Moussa. Un décret de l'armée visant à empêcher les infiltrations doit entrer en vigueur aujourd'hui. Il pourrait permettre l'expulsion de dizaines de milliers de Palestiniens séjournant en Cisjordanie, mais ayant une adresse différente sur leurs papiers, selon la presse israélienne. L'armée israélienne a confirmé des « amendements à l'ordre visant à empêcher des infiltrations ».
Parallèlement, le ministre jordanien de l'Information Nabil Sharif a exprimé le « refus et la condamnation par la Jordanie de toute mesure unilatérale de la part d'Israël dans les territoires palestiniens, soulignant le droit des Palestiniens à résider où ils veulent sur leur sol national ». Il a également affirmé avoir reçu des assurances d'Israël que le nouveau décret ne conduira pas à l'expulsion de Palestiniens séjournant en Cisjordanie. Pour sa part, la France s'est dit hier « très préoccupée » par la décision israélienne, tout en appelant au respect de leur liberté de résidence. 

Peine de mort requise contre trois hommes inculpés d’espionnage au profit d’Israël

Deux Libanais et un Palestinien ont été inculpés d'espionnage au profit d'Israël, des chefs d'accusation pour lesquels le juge d'instruction militaire, Samih Hajj, a demandé la peine de mort.
Les trois hommes sont poursuivis pour avoir « fourni des informations à Israël et avoir facilité ses agressions et actes terroristes au Liban », selon l'acte d'accusation.
La date du procès n'a pas été fixée. Le Palestinien Mohammad Ibrahim Awad et le Libanais Robert Edmond Kfoury sont actuellement en détention. Le troisième suspect, le Libanais Élias Riad Karam, a été inculpé par contumace.
Awad est également inculpé de tentative de meurtre contre un membre de sa famille, Naïm Abbas, soupçonné d'être lié à el-Qaëda et réfugié dans le camp de Aïn el-Héloué.
Depuis le lancement, en avril 2009, d'une vaste opération contre les réseaux d'espionnage israéliens présumés, plus de 70 personnes ont été arrêtées, dont des policiers et des membres des forces de sécurité équipés de matériel de surveillance et de communication dernier cri.
En février, un ancien sous-officier des Forces de sécurité intérieure (FSI) a été condamné à mort pour collaboration avec Israël et pour son implication dans un attentat contre deux leaders du Jihad islamique au Liban. Mahmoud Qassem Rafeh, 63 ans, avait reconnu en 2009 avoir « collaboré avec des officiers des services de renseignements israéliens (...) en contrepartie de milliers de dollars » entre 1993 et 2006, l'année de son arrestation. Le Hezbollah a demandé la mise à exécution des peines capitales prononcées, mais aucune décision de justice n'a encore été appliquée.

Les captifs palestiniens dans la prison d'Ohli Kedar ont dit que la direction de la prison a envahi les chambres des captifs en cassant leurs contenus, sous prétexte des fouilles sécuritaires, dans une tentative pour provoquer les captifs et les obliger de finir leur grève de faim.
Le club du captif a rapporté des captifs de cette prison, le dimanche 11/4, que la grève de faim lancée le 7 avril par les captifs est la raison de cette campagne de fouille.

L'occupation paralyse l'instauration d'une route agricole près de Selfit

Les autorités de l'occupation ont empêché les habitants du village de Kariat Béni Hassan, près de la ville de Selfit d'aménager une piste et de passer par route agricole qui mène vers le puits de Nouaitiv, à l'Oued de Kana, au moment où elles ont refusé la demande du conseil local du village de Masha, à l'ouest de Selfit, pour changer le trajet du mur d'apartheid qui détruit les terres agricoles dans cette région.
Les habitants ont souligné que les soldats sionistes ont confisqué les bulldozers et arrêté les chauffeurs, en empêchant les fermiers d'arriver à leurs terres sous prétexte que cette région est une zone militaire fermée.

Les négociations avec les occupants israéliens, pourquoi faire ?

La colonisation continue en Cisjordanie. Benyamin Netanyahu, le premier ministre israélien, ne recule pas d’un pas dans sa décision d’annexer le sanctuaire d’Al-Ibrahimi et la mosquée de Bilal Ben Ribah à la liste des patrimoines juifs. Dans ce contexte, les négociations entre l’autorité de Ramallah et les occupants israéliens pourraient continuer.
« Ce sera une décision complètement stupide, qui ne prend aucunement en considération l’intérêt national », dit l’écrivain et analyste Mostapha As-Saouaf.
Cette annexion du sanctuaire et de la mosquée constitue un message envoyé par les occupants israéliens. Apparemment, les hommes de Ramallah ne veulent pas le déchiffrer.
Annexer le sanctuaire Al-Ibrahimi et la mosquée de Bilal Ben Ribah porte au peuple palestinien et aux négociateurs le message suivant : la cible suivante sera la totale judaïsation de la ville d'Al-Quds et de tous les lieux saints palestiniens.
Les négociations ne seront alors pas meilleures que les précédentes. Elles n’auront pour objet que d’être une couverture aux opérations de judaïsation.
Le président de l’autorité de Ramallah Mahmoud Abbas aurait refusé de reprendre les négociations, avant que les occupants israéliens n’arrêtent la construction dans la colonie. Toutefois, devant le refus des Israéliens et des Américains, il les a acceptées.
Les intérêts d’abord
Le problème de ces gens de Ramallah, c’est qu’ils pensent plus à leurs intérêts qu’aux objectifs des négociations, croit Dr. Abdossattar Qassem, professeur en sciences politiques de l’Université Nationale d’Al-Najah, de la ville de Naplouse.
Ils pensent surtout à leurs voitures luxueuses, à la notoriété, à l’argent. Ils perdront tout cela s’ils refusent de continuer les négociations.
La Palestine devient pour les négociateurs une vache à lait, dit Qassem.
Cet universitaire palestinien est l’objet de beaucoup de pression des milices de l’autorité de Ramallah, pour ses positions nationales. Il croit que le peuple palestinien doit pratiquer toutes les pressions possibles pour stopper cette mascarade, dit-il. On achète une partie de notre peuple palestinien avec l’argent. Même on paye à certaines factions des bureaux et des voitures. Leur objection aux négociations n’est que verbale.
Que s’attend-on des négociations ?
Dr. Naji Charab est professeur en sciences politiques à l’université Al-Azhar, dans la ville de Gaza. Il se demande quel est l’objectif attendu de ces négociations, au moment où la judaïsation des lieux saints de la Cisjordanie continue, et au moment où l’Entité sioniste décide d’annexer le sanctuaire d’Al-Ibrahimi, ce qui représente une décision politique et religieuse très dangereuse qui affecte la cause palestinienne toute entière. Cette décision va dans la ligne de l’Etat juif.
Les occupants israéliens remarquent maintenant que les négociations ne serviront à rien. Le négociateur palestinien devra alors, selon Charab, revoir sa position et ne pas se lancer dans des négociations d’une position faible, car une telle position ne mène qu’à des concessions, dit-il. Le premier objectif des Palestiniens devra être la réconciliation et de mettre fin à la division.
En fin de compte, les occupants israéliens profitent de ces négociations en les prenant comme couverture pour leurs crimes et pour leur mainmise sur la terre et les lieux saints palestiniens.

L'occupation installe des barrages et enlève 5 Palestiniens à al Khalil

Cinq citoyens palestiniens ont été enlevés, le lundi 12/4, par les forces occupantes qui ont installé plusieurs barrages dans la ville d'al Khalil, au sud de la Cisjordanie occupée.
Des sources palestiniennes ont dit au correspondant du centre palestinien d'information que de grandes forces de l'armée sioniste ont pénétré dans plusieurs maisons dans le village de Beit Amr après avoir imposé un couvre-feu et ont terrorisé ses habitants depuis la nuit dernière et jusqu'au matin de lundi.
Les sources ont dit que les soldats sionistes ont cassé les contenus de certaines maisons, en attaquant les habitants avant d'arrêter trois jeunes en les emmenant vers une direction inconnue.
Dans le même contexte, les forces occupantes ont arrêté le citoyen Souhaïb Jouberi de l'intérieur de sa maison, dans la ville, et le jeune Saïd Abou Michar, 20 ans, sur le barrage de Kalandia, au nord de la ville occupée d'al-Qods.
Les forces sionistes ont installé plusieurs barrages militaires hasardeux dans diverses régions de cette ville durant les heures de la nuit dernière.

L'occupation veut démolir 13 maisons palestiniennes dans la ville de Lod

Plus de 13 maisons palestiniennes au quartier de Dahmache dans la ville de Lod, dans les territoires palestiniens occupés en 1948 sont menacées de démolition par les forces de l'occupation, durant les jours prochains, sous prétexte de la construction sans permission.
Les habitants de ces maisons et les dirigeants politiques dans les territoires palestiniens occupés en 1948 ont entamé leurs activités, sur le niveau juridique et populaire, pour empêcher la démolition de ces maisons, en installant une tente de sit-in devant les maisons menacées dans cette ville.

Abou Zouhri : le rapport de "Human Rights Watch" n'est pas objectif

Le porte-parole du mouvement Hamas, Dr. Sami Abou Zouhri, a considéré que le rapport publié par l'organisation de "Human Rights Watch", qui a appelé à la punition du Hamas et l'occupation israélienne à cause des crimes perpétrés durant la dernière guerre menée contre la Bande de Gaza, n'est pas objectif.
Dans une déclaration de presse dont le centre palestinien d'information a reçu une copie, Abou Zouhri a affirmé, le dimanche 11/4, que ce rapport se contredit avec le rapport international publié par le juge sud-africain, Richard Goldstone, qui a condamné l'état de l'occupation à cause de ses crimes de guerre lors des dernières agressions contre la Bande de Gaza, en décembre 2008.
Il a ajouté que ce rapport ne sert que l'occupation israélienne parce qu'il a égalé entre la victime et le criminel, en soulignant que tous les Palestiniens tués lors de cette guerre sont des civils, en conséquence, le discours autour des crimes perpétrés par des palestiniens représente une injustice contre le peuple palestinien.
